About us



Extensive hands on experience in the operations, management and design aspects of the Telecom Industry. Expertise covers wireless, microwave, satellite communications and fiber optic technologies. Our company goal is to consistently provide the highest quality of planning, design, specification and implementation of telecom systems for our customers. Areas of Expertise



Fiber Optics



Design of SONET, SDH, DWDM, P-P, Ring and MESH Optical systems for: Verizon Local Fiber Networks, Verizon Long Haul Fiber Network, Sprint Local Fiber Networks, MCI Metro Fiber Networks and Custom Private Networks. All routes designed to meet capacity, vulnerability, diversity and growth requirements. Design ULH LD and Local routes and circuits in support of 5G growth.


Equipment types: Ciena 6500 ROADM, Ciena 5430 OTN Switch, Tellabs 7100 ROADM, Fujitsu FLASHWAVE 9500, 4500 MSPP, 4100ES, Nortel Optera 5200, OME 6500 and MOR+, Siemens 7500 ULH, Ciena OnLine Metro and CoreDirector. Fujitsu FLASH-192, FLM 2400 ADM, FLM 600, FLM 150, Nortel S/DMS OC-192, OC-48 and OC-3/OC-12 TBM.



Microwave



Design of Digital Radio systems for new microwave routes in the 6 GHz, 11 GHz, 18 GHz, 23 GHz and 80 GHz frequency bands for: T-Mobile 4G LTE Microwave Backhaul Network, AT&T Mobile 4G LTE Microwave Backhaul Network, Sprint Network Vision 4G LTE Microwave Backhaul Network, Sprint ClearWire 4G WiMAX Microwave Backhaul Network, MCI Microwave Long Distance Backbone and Custom Private Networks. All routes met best LOS propagation aspects with consideration to RFI analysis, FCC frequency coordination and overall system reliability.


Equipment types: Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Cielo, Aviat, Nortel, NEC, DragonWave, Ceragon, Bridgewave, E-Band, Motorola and Redline Radios.



SATCOM



Military applications to include operating and maintaining active uplink and downlink UHF and SHF full duplex airborne and earth terminal SATCOM stations for the United States Air Force. Also, performed development and testing of military SHF SATCOM projects for the United States Navy.


Military craft included the following: AWACS Airplane, FSC-78 Earth Terminal and SURTASS WSC-6 Ship.


Performance testing of prototype equipment to include gain bandwidth, gain variation, phase linearity, noise temperature, VSWR, EMI, RFI and BER measurements. Retrofitted Air Force One for EMP protection from potential nuclear blasts.



Project Management



Successfully negotiated numerous projects while meeting face-to-face with customers and during conference calls to obtain LOI and contract signature. Coordinated schedules, monitored WIP, tracked job completion and developed budgets for lightwave and microwave projects involving various equipment platforms. Took full ownership of projects including system construction, acceptance, completion and deployment.


Maintain constant communication with field engineers and technicians, fiber optimization crews, install crews, testing crews and commissioning crews. Serve as main POC for troubleshooting various challenges encountered in the field.
